In classroom & In zoom classroom

Our school changes all instruction online due to found positive cases in school. We all pray and keep our positive mind. The school plan to return to school in-person teaching after two weeks.

Change to online, I do not need to arrive at school before 7 am to do morning duty and get more sleep. After one week of teaching in school, I got more familiar with my students. I like teaching at school in person than in my online zoom classroom. I want to observe the students' learning process in class and catch their thoughts quickly.

There were several of my 7th-grade students talking with their classmates too much. They did not see each other for more than a half year. I said, be quiet. But at the same time, I also told students in my zoom classroom unmute themselves and reading aloud the Chinese sentences. The students at home through the zoom classroom liked to type in the chatbox. They are also excited to hear sounds from the school classroom.

Now the days, Nearpot, Peardeck, Quizlet, Kahoot are my good friends, which can record students' participation in learning activities. It is easy to attend lots of professional development zoom meetings. I felt busy in the unconsciously digital revolution days.

During the week in school learning, every class around ten students, sitting in an arranged seat, keeps the social distance. I have six classes; each class has more than 20 students. I am working hard to match each name and their faces. I am super excited to see my students. 2020 is my first year at this school. 2020 and these students mean a lot to me.
