I like this picture which includes a blender, around the blender, are the computer, cell phone, social media, like Youtube, Twitter, and the traditional face to face, Global Connections, Project based learning. The picture integrated the key-point. Looking at the picture and people can guess the meaning of blended learning. The hybrid or blended learning integrate online with traditional face-to-face class activities to meet pedagogically valuable methods. Mix online and “face to face” to reach and engage students in a customizable way. The goal is to focus on improving practical learning.

There are 12 types Of Blended Learning:
1. Station Rotation Blended Learning
2. Lab Rotation Blended Learning
3. Remote Blended Learning (Enriched Virtual)
4. Flex Blended Learning
5. The ‘Flipped Classroom’ Blended Learning
6. Individual Rotation Blended Learning
7. Project-Based Blended Learning
8. Self-Directed Blended Learning
9. Inside-Out Blended Learning
10. Outside-In Blended Learning
11. Supplemental Blended Learning
12. Mastery-Based Blended Learning
Technology is continuously evolving, and blended learning keeps developing, so teachers need to update their knowledge and technology content regularly. Blended learning applies to different teaching environments and different students' personality thinking characteristics and can be used to students with varying levels of knowledgeability. Blended learning emphasizes the improvement of self-ability. The ability to form four areas summarized below:
1. Build mode of thinking. Thought accumulation, core values or beliefs of behavior.
2. Foster quality. Personal thinking flexibility and insight. Students learning behavior and attitude patterns.
3. Adaptive skills. Learn to collaborate effective teamwork and innovate to solve problems. Teacher guidance, students reflect on practice.
4. Technical skills. Domain-specific technical skills and professional experience of teachers. Teacher-lead training, student mastery.
