I like tea, and I love all kinds of tea. Green tea, red tea, white tea, Oolong tea, flower tea. These classified the tea by the tea color. We also categorized the tea according to its processing method.

Fully fermented tea is called red tea or black tea. The longer the time, the more precious the tea is. I like one of the red tea named Pu'er tea. One brand of the Pu’er tea named ‘LaoBanZhang”. It is my favorite tea. The beautiful red just like red wine. One book, one cup of the red tea, sitting in the green garden is the perfect life.

Post fermented tea called Dark tea. Dark tea originated in the Qin and Han Dynasties. Dark Tea takes a long time to naturally ferment, the color of its leaves turns dark brown, the finished tea leaves is black, So named the appearance of color. Unfermented tea is called green tea. The leaves remain all of the green. Half fermented tea is called Oolong tea. The Lightly fermented teas are white tea and yellow tea. Based on the green tea, Mixing some flower petals like chrysanthemum or jasmine, the tea through an elaborate process, we named the scented flower tea. So there are six classic tea named Red tea, Dark tea, Green tea, Oolong tea, White tea, and Yellow tea.
